AlloClae™ Adipose Matrix Filler
As we age, the body can start to show areas of volume loss, especially around the hips or breasts. These changes can happen gradually, but they often leave people feeling self-conscious about uneven contours or areas that appear deflated or hollow. If you are looking for a way to restore natural-looking volume and improve shape and firmness in these areas, AlloClae™ may be a great option.
Available at Carolina Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa, AlloClae™ is a next-generation injectable filler that works a little differently than traditional products. Rather than simply adding volume, it helps your body regenerate its own healthy tissue — leading to smoother, firmer, more sculpted contours over time.
What Is AlloClae™?
AlloClae™ is a regenerative filler made from donated fat tissue that has been carefully processed to remove all living cells, while preserving the natural structure that helps support volume and contour. Unlike many injectables that simply fill space, AlloClae™ promotes true regeneration by helping your body form new collagen, blood vessels, and fat cells in the treated area. The result is volume that looks and feels natural, with added support for smoother curves and improved symmetry over time.
Who Is a Good Candidate for AlloClae™?
AlloClae™ may be a good fit if you are interested in enhancing volume or improving contour in areas such as the hips or breasts. It can be especially beneficial for patients seeking a more natural alternative to synthetic fillers or implants. This treatment can help smooth hip dips or restore volume after weight loss, pregnancy, or aging.
If you are unsure whether AlloClae™ is right for your needs, our team can help guide you during a consultation based on your body, your goals, and your overall health.
What Happens During the AlloClae™ Treatment?
AlloClae™ is performed in our office and typically takes under an hour, depending on the number of areas being treated. Before the procedure begins, we typically apply a local anesthetic to numb the area and keep you as comfortable as possible throughout your treatment.
Once the skin is fully numb, your provider will use a fine cannula or needle to gently inject the AlloClae™ matrix beneath the skin. This specialized material is placed at varying depths depending on the location and purpose, whether to restore volume, support tissue, or improve contour. Because the matrix is slightly more fibrous than gel-based fillers, your provider may use a gentle molding technique to help distribute it evenly and achieve the most natural-looking result.
The AlloClae™ treatment is highly customizable. It is most commonly used to treat hip dips or enhance the breast area, helping to create a more balanced, contoured look. Throughout the process, your provider will assess the results in real time to ensure balance and proportion.
In most cases, only one treatment session is needed to achieve noticeable improvement. However, if you are looking for additional enhancement, or would like to address multiple areas gradually, we can discuss a treatment plan tailored to your goals.
What Is the AlloClae™ Recovery Like?
Mild side effects after treatment are completely normal. You may notice some swelling, bruising, or tenderness around the injection sites, especially within the first few days. These effects are typically short-lived and tend to improve quickly.
Most patients are able to return to their usual daily routine within 24 to 48 hours. We recommend holding off on strenuous workouts, pressure on the treated areas, or anything that may affect healing for several days. Your provider will give you personalized aftercare instructions to help you feel comfortable and support the healing process.
When Will I See My AlloClae™ Results?
While some early improvement in shape and contour may be noticeable soon after treatment, the most visible results develop over time. Because the injectable works by helping your body regenerate its own healthy tissue, results gradually develop over the course of several weeks.
Most patients begin to see meaningful improvements in firmness, contour, and overall tissue quality within one to three months. These results tend to look very natural and can last longer than traditional fillers, since your body is creating its own renewed tissue.
